La Communauté de Communes des 4 Rivières (74250) lance une consultation pour une mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre relative à la réhabilitation d'une piscine dite de loisirs d'une capacité de 450 personnes située sur ONNION (814 Route du Risse - 74490 ONNION) et datant de 1990. Cet équipement est un ERP de type N classé en catégorie 3. La mission confiée au maître d'oeuvre sélectionné sera une mission de base de maîtrise d'oeuvre telle que définie par l'article R.2431-4 du Code de la commande publique (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, VISA/SYN, DET et AOR). La présente opération est une opération de construction de bâtiments. Des missions complémentaires sont demandées : - Ordonnancement, coordination et pilotage du chantier (OPC) - Coordination des systèmes de sécurité incendie (SSI), - Traitement de la signalétique et des eaux pluviales Une OPTION est ajoutée à la consultation concernant la gestion des accès et de la billetterie
