Vadovaujantis Pirkimo sąlygų 89.1 punktu, kuriame numatyta, kad Perkančioji organizacija atmeta pasiūlymą, jeigu „pasiūlymas neatitinka pirkimo dokumentuose nustatytų reikalavimų (neatitinka techninės specifikacijos ar kitų reikalavimų, pasiūlymas pateiktas ne perkančiosios organizacijos nurodytomis elektroninėmis priemonėmis; pasiūlymas nepasirašytas elektroniniu parašu, jeigu to buvo reikalaujama ir pan.)“
