Vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo (toliau - Įstatymas) 29 straipsnio 3 dalimi priėmė sprendimą nutraukti pradėtas pirkimo procedūras, kadangi buvo pažeisti Įstatymo 17 straipsnio 1 dalyje nustatyti principai ir atitinkamos padėties negalima ištaisyti.
