Description

La consultation a pour objet la maintenance et l'évolution des systèmes de téléphonie de marque Alcatel. Il n'est pas prévu de découpage en lot, car les prestations objet du marché forment un tout indivisible et une distinction entraînerait des difficultés d'exécution du marché. La forme du contrat est un accord-cadre conclu avec un seul opérateur (mono-attributaire) et composite: il est simple à prix forfaitaire correspondant aux prestations de maintenance annuelle et il est à bon de commande sur la base de prix unitaires pour l'achat de matériel et de prestations ponctuelles. le présent accord-cadre comprend un engagement sur un montant maximum de commande de 90 000, 00 euros HT pour la durée totale d'exécution du marché, reconductions comprises. Les prix sont définitifs et révisables dans les conditions définies dans le CCAP. Le présent marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée ferme de un (1) an. Il est ensuite renouvelable trois (3) fois pour des périodes de un (1) an par reconduction tacite.
