Adásvételi keretszerződés a MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. vasúti pályájához tartozó, felújítási, karbantartási munkáihoz szükséges nagyvasúti kitérőalkatrészek beszerzésére nettó 4.950.000.000 Ft keretértékben. Ajánlatkérő által tervezett mennyiség 7.994 darab különféle kitérőalkatrész. Ajánlatkérő a becsült érték meghatározásakor alkalmazott statisztikai alapon, TÁJÉKOZTATÓ jelleggel adta meg a mennyiségeket. A szerződéskötést követően ténylegesen lehívott kitérőalkatrészek mennyisége a jelen pontban meghatározottaktól eltérhet. A szállítandó termékekre vonatkozó részletes elvárásokat az ajánlatkérő által az ajánlattétel elősegítésére rendelkezésre bocsájtott közbeszerzési dokumentum (továbbiakban: dokumentáció) tartalmazza. Adásvételi keretszerződés MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. vasúti pályájához tartozó, felújítási, karbantartási munkáihoz szükséges nagyvasúti kitérőalkatrészek beszerzésére nettó 4.950.000.000 Ft keretértékben, melyből ajánlatkérő nettó 3.465.000.000 Ft-ra vállal lehívási kötelezettséget.
