A 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet (továbbiakban: Kr.) 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltakra tekintettel ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy amennyiben a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása szükségessé tette meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást, a megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és megnevezés mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezés minden esetben értendő.
