Egyedi Közszolgáltatási Szerződés "Távhőszolgáltatás beszerzése 2027-2029 évre" tárgyában 2026. december 01. - 2029. november 30. időtartamra, azaz 36 hónap (3 év). A közbeszerzés tárgya az Ajánlatkérő vagyonkezelésében álló, a Közbeszerzési dokumentumok részeként kiadott Műszaki leírás 1. számú mellékletben felsorolt felhasználási helyek távhőellátása. A távhőszolgáltatás az ellátás módja szerint a Műszaki Leírás 1. számú melléklet 1.-13. sorában feltüntetett fogyasztási helyeken hőátalakítás nélküli távhőenergia szolgáltatás, a 14. sorban feltüntetett fogyasztási helyen hőátalakítással megvalósuló távhőenergia szolgáltatás. A távhőszolgáltatás a hőmennyiségmérés helye szerint hőközponti mérés szerinti távhőszolgáltatás. Lekötendő hőteljesítmény = 13,92 MW/év (Műszaki leírás 1. számú melléklet 1.-13. sorok összesen) Közüzemi szerződésben meghatározott légtérfogat: 2 800 lég m³/év (Műszaki leírás 1. számú melléklet 14. sor) Tervezett vételezni kívánt hőmennyiség 83 150 GJ/év. A közbeszerzés tárgyára vonatkozó részletes követelményeket az induló ajánlattételi felhívás közbeszerzési dokumentum részeként rendelkezésre bocsátott műszaki leírás tartalmazza.
