Description

Jelen közbeszerzési eljárás célja a közbeszerzési dokumentációban részletesen rögzített paraméterekkel rendelkező előreszigetelt, közvetlenül földbe fektethető merev rendszerű távhővezetékek beszerzése. Jelen közbeszerzési eljárás alapvető célja előreszigetelt, közvetlenül földbe fektethető merev rendszerű távhővezetékek beszerzése 24 hónapra szóló keretszerződés keretében. Ajánlatkérő a közbeszerzési dokumentáció részét képező műszaki leírásban és ártáblázatban részletesen meghatározza műszaki paramétereket -merev rendszerű távhővezetékekre történő lebontással - kitérve többek között a becsült mennyiségre (fm) és darabszámra, típusra, anyagra és az átmérőre, alábbiak szerint: - üzemeltetési paraméterek, - merev rendszerű távfűtési vezeték jellemzői, - haszoncső típusa, anyaga, - ívidomok, - elágazó idomok, - egyéb rendszerelemek. Ajánlatkérő tájékoztatásul közli, hogy 1 fajta csővezetéket, illetve ívet, 13 fajta rendszerelemet, illetve elágazó idomokat kíván beszerezni, az ezekhez tartozó kiegészítő elemekkel és anyagokkal együtt, az ártáblázatban rögzítettek szerint Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban rögzített mennyiségek és darabszámok becsült adatokat jelentenek, Ajánlatkérő a nyertes ajánlattevővel keretszerződést kíván kötni, amelynek keretösszege 100 000 000 HUF. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70%-áig vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet, hogy - összhangban a közbeszerzési eljárásokban az alkalmasság és a kizáró okok igazolásának, valamint a közbeszerzési műszaki leírás meghatározásának módjáról szóló 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet (a továbbiakban: 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet) 46. § (3) bekezdésével - a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban, kiemelten a műszaki leírásban az ártáblázatban esetlegesen előforduló, meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű vagy típusú dologra, személyre, tevékenységre, vagy eljárásra, illetve szabadalomra vagy védjegyre történő hivatkozás csak a beszerezni kívánt áru pontos és közérthető meghatározása érdekében történt, ilyen hivatkozás mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezést is érteni kell.
