Érték alapú adásvételi keretmegállapodás a MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt. (HÉV) városi vasúti pálya felújítási, karbantartási munkáihoz szükséges, a műszaki követelményeknek megfelelő talpfa és tartozékainak beszerzésére, összesen nettó 955.917 EUR keretösszegben, 191.183 EUR lehívási kötelezettség vállalásával. A keretmegállapodás alapján Ajánlatkérő tervezetten cca. 5.393 db olajtelített vasúti talpfa és tartozékai lehívását tervezi. Ajánlatkérő a becsült érték meghatározásakor alkalmazott statisztikai alapon, TÁJÉKOZTATÓ jelleggel adta meg a rendelhető mennyiséget. A szerződés értékalapú keretmegállapodás, a szerződéskötést követően ténylegesen lehívott mennyiség a jelen pontban meghatározottaktól eltérhet.
