Description

Ajánlatkérő Paks városában lévő irodaházak, ingatlanok és egyéb kiszolgáló épületek (porta, trafóállomás, informatikai helyiségek stb.) takarításának és gondnokolásának biztosítása, valamint a jövőben, a - Keretmegállapodás (KM) futamideje alatt - a Társaság létesítménygazdálkodási kezelésébe kerülő épületekben, telephelyeken biztosítandó takarítási és gondnokolási szolgáltatások ellátása a Kbt. 105.§(1)bek.a) pontja szerinti, egy ajánlattevővel kötött KM alapján. A KM hatálya alá tartozó takarítandó és gondnokolandó terület nagysága jelenleg 5987 m2, mely további telephelyek bevonásával a KM időbeli hatálya alatt előreláthatóan 2906 m2 területtel bővül, így a KM hatálya összesen 8893 m2 területre terjed ki.
