Description

A Magyar Államkincstárnál üzemeltetett IRMA Ügyiratkezelő rendszer (a továbbiakban: IRMA) üzembiztos működésének biztosításához szükséges támogatási szolgáltatás beszerzése. A Nyertes Ajánlattevőnek a következő támogatási szolgáltatások nyújtását kell biztosítania, azzal, hogy a szolgáltatásnak tartalmaznia kell a tesztelési feladatok elvégzéséhez szükséges támogatást, konfigurációk átadását, valamint a szükséges paraméterezést. A jelen Műszaki Leírásban megadott egyes szolgáltatásokat adott szolgáltatási szint megállapodás (SLA) szerint kell végezni. A feladatok és a teljesítés során keletkezett állományok nyilvántartására az Ajánlatkérő által biztosított Jegykezelő rendszert és SharePoint rendszert kell használni, amelyekhez az Ajánlatkérő megfelelő szintű és jogosultságú hozzáférést biztosít a Nyertes Ajánlattevő adott feladatokat ellátó munkatársai részére. Havi elszámolású óradíjas szolgáltatások • Jegykezelő rendszer • Incidenskezelési feladatok • Hibamenedzsment - Hibakezelési feladatok - Hibamenedzsmenthez kapcsolódó vitarendezés • Egyéb üzemeltetés támogatás, paraméterezések • A Rendszer más rendszerekkel való kapcsolatainak támogatása • Karbantartási (maintenance) faladatok A teljesítendő feladatok részletes leírását és a követelményspecifikációt a műszaki leírás tartalmazza.
