ServiceNow IT Service Management Standard Fulfiller és ServiceNow IT Service Management Business Stakeholder előfizetések meghosszabbítása, valamint új előfizetések beszerzése a HungaroControl Magyar Légiforgalmi Szolgálat Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság, mint Ajánlatkérő részére Felhasználási szerződés keretében az alábbiak szerint: Mennyiség: Már meglévő előfizetések meghosszabbítása (alapmennyiség): - ServiceNow ITSM Standard Fulfiller - 230 db - ServiceNow ITSM Business Stakeholder - 110 db Új előfizetések beszerzése (opciós mennyiség): - ServiceNow ITSM Standard Fulfiller - 25 db - ServiceNow ITSM Business Stakeholder - 25 db Ajánlatkérő nem köteles az opcióként előírt teljes mennyiség megrendelésére, annak vonatkozásában lehívási kötelezettség egyáltalán nem terheli. Amennyiben Ajánlatkérő úgy dönt, az opciós mennyiségből csupán egy általa meghatározott mennyiséget is megrendelhet. Az opciós mennyiség keretjelleggel kerül előírásra (mennyiségi keret) az abból való lehívás egyedi megrendelések útján történik. A részletes műszaki leírást a közbeszerzési dokumentáció és annak mellékletei (különösen műszaki leírás és szerződéstervezet) tartalmazzák.
