Oracle Market Driven Support - licencek beszerzése A beszerzés tárgya: Oracle 11-es és 12-es verzióhoz Market Driven Support, 50 db adatbázisig. Az eljárás az alábbi új licencek beszerzésére terjed ki: Oracle Upgrade Support for Oracle Database 11g Release 2: up to 50 databases - CY2024 esetében: Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Perpetual - CSI: 16123001, 90 db, licenckövetés időtartama: a licencek Megrendelő részére történő regisztrációjától-2024. december 31-ig; Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Perpetual - CSI: 23310553, 8 db, licenckövetés időtartama: a licencek Megrendelő részére történő regisztrációjától-2024. december 31-ig; Oracle Upgrade Support for Oracle Database 12.2: up to 50 databases - CY2024 esetében: Oracle Database Enterprise Edition - Processor Perpetual - CSI: 22190283, 19 db, licenckövetés időtartama: a licencek Megrendelő részére történő regisztrációjától-2024. december 31-ig. Amennyiben a felhívás vagy a közbeszerzési dokumentumok bármely pontjában a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása szükségessé tette meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, illetőleg szabadalomra vagy védjegyre való hivatkozást, azt minden esetben úgy kell értelmezni, hogy a megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és úgy értelmezendő, hogy a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezés is szerepel mellette. Az egyenértékűségi feltételek: A megnevezett licencekkel minden paraméterében és teljesítményében egyenértékűnek kell lennie a megajánlott termékeknek. Egyenértékű termék megajánlása esetében, az egyenértékűséget - kétség esetén - az ajánlattevőnek igazolnia kell. A részletes műszaki előírásokat a közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák.
