NEK applet szoftver felhasználásának engedélyezése A közbeszerzési dokumentáció részét képező Műszaki leírásban részletezett feladatok ellátása 24 hónap időtartamban, havi elszámolásban átalánydíjas konstrukcióban történik, valamint mindösszesen legfeljebb 5.000.000 darab NEK applet licencre-re vonatkozik. A részletes feladatok leírását a Műszaki leírás tartalmazza. A közbeszerzési dokumentáció részét képező Műszaki leírásban részletezett feladatok ellátása 24 hónap időtartamban, havi elszámolásban átalánydíjas konstrukcióban történik, valamint mindösszesen legfeljebb 5.000.000 darab NEK applet licencre vonatkozik. A részletes feladatok leírását a Műszaki leírás tartalmazza. A nettó ajánlati ár tartalmazza a szerződés teljesítésével kapcsolatban a nyertes ajánlattevőnél felmerült valamennyi díjat és költséget, így különösen a felhasználás, támogatás, frissítés, dokumentáció ellenértékét, az ezekkel kapcsolatban felmerülő összes költséget, valamint a kapcsolódó szolgáltatások esetében valamennyi járulékos költséget, díjat, kivéve az általános forgalmi adót.
