Description

A TRV Zrt. ajánlatkérő üzemeltetésében lévő szennyvíztisztító telepeken keletkező, a hulladékjegyzékről szóló 72/2013. (VII. 27.) VM rendelet alapján a 19 08 05 hulladék azonosító kódra besorolt, települési szennyvíz tisztításából származó iszap (a továbbiakban: szennyvíziszap) vonatkozásában a hulladékról szóló 2012. évi CLXXXV. törvény (a továbbiakban: hulladéktörvény) 31. §-ában előírt kötelezettségének teljesítését kívánja biztosítani nyertes Ajánlattevő által. Az ajánlatkérő 12 hónapos időtartamra köt szerződést vagy a fenti táblázatban meghatározott keretösszeg kimerüléséig. Ajánlatkérő jogosult egyoldalú nyilatkozat alapján egy alkalommal maximum 4 hónapos határozott időtartammal a Szerződést meghosszabbítani, amennyiben a megadott keretösszeg nem merül ki. A keretmegállapodás tervezett keretösszegei: : 1.rész Felső-Tisza menti FM: nettó 188 173 533 Ft 2.rész Hortobágy menti FM: nettó 77 803 020 Ft 3.rész Közép-Tisza menti FM: nettó 429 646 187 Ft A keretmegállapodás becsült mennyisége: : 3.rész Közép-Tisza menti FM: 17 536 579 kg Ajánlatkérő kijelenti,hogy a fenti mennyiségek tájékoztató jellegűek, a szennyvíziszap mennyiségek megoszlása és időbeni alakulása változó, amely alapján a szennyvíziszap átvétele időben nem egyenletes folyamat, hanem a beérkezett szennyvíz mennyiségének és az adott szennyvízelvezető rendszer terhelésének a függvénye.
