Description

A Fővárosi Csatornázási Művek Zrt. Észak-pesti Szennyvíztisztító Telepére 1 db iszap fázisszétválasztó berendezés (iszapvíztelenítő centrifuga) szállítása, beépítése a kapcsolódó gépészeti, villamos, illetve irányítástechnikai csatlakoztatások elvégzésével együtt, próbaüzem lefolytatása, oktatás. A beruházás során telepített berendezést illeszteni kell a korábban már kiépített villamos, irányítástechnikai és gépészeti rendszerbe a közbeszerzési műszaki leírásban és közbeszerzési dokumentumokban részletezettek szerint. Főbb műszaki paraméterek: Iszap minősége: mezofil rothasztott iszap Minimális hidraulikai terhelés: 20 m3/h Maximális hidraulikai terhelés: 40 m3/h Maximális szárazanyag terhelés: 1200 kg/h Az iszapvíztelenítő berendezés befoglaló mérete maximálisan 5100x1250x1800 mm (HxSZxM). Anyagminőség: Iszapvíztelenítő berendezés dob: AISI 1.4404 vagy annál korrózióállóság és savállóság szempontjából jobb. Iszapvíztelenítő berendezés csigalevél: AISI 1.4404 vagy annál korrózióállóság és savállóság szempontjából jobb. A részletes műszaki elvárásokat a közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák.
