Description

A Szegedi Tudományegyetem mint Ajánlatkérő a közbeszerzésekről szóló 2015. évi CXLIII. törvény (továbbiakban Kbt.) második része szerinti uniós értékhatárt elérő, Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja szerinti keretmegállapodásos, Kbt. 81. § szerinti nyílt eljárást kíván lefolytatni „Traumatológiai implantátumok beszerzése5” megnevezéssel, Kbt. 109. § szerinti elektronikus katalógus alkalmazásával. Az eljárás elektronikus katalógusra vonatkozó részletes szabályait a közbeszerzési dokumentumok tartalmazzák. Ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 50. §. (2) d) foglalt követelményeknek a keretösszeg megadásával a hirdetményben megfelel, tekintettel Kbt. 3. §. 18. foglaltakra. Az elektronikus katalógus 48 tételből áll, összesen 596 561 459,- Ft Keretösszegben. A beszerzendő termékek Keretmennyisége összesen 10 312 db eszköz. A részletes tételenkénti mennyiségeket az elektronikus katalógus tartalmazza. A Keretmegállapodás időtartama alatt a beszerzés, közvetlen megrendelés illetve konszignációs raktárből történő kivételezés útján történik a keretmegállapodásban foglalt objektív szempontok szerint az elektronikus katalógusból kiválasztott ajánlattevő(k)től.
