Description

Tömeges SMS szolgáltatás beszerzése A szolgáltatás tárgya az Ajánlatkérő pénzforgalmi, értékpapírforgalmi, ügyféltámogató és egyéb rendszerei (többek között az értékpapír kereskedelmi rendszere, számlavezető rendszere, monitoring rendszere, stb., továbbiakban együttesen: Rendszerek) által generált SMS-ek továbbítása az ügyfelek felé. A SMS-ek száma, megoszlása az ügyfelek értékpapír kereskedelmi tevékenységéhez és a számlavezetett intézmények pénzforgalmi tevékenységéhez igazodik. Keretösszeg: nettó 270 912 147,- ,- Ft Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70%-ára vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Az elvárt rendelkezésre állás havi szinten minimálisan 99,50 % ((Tényleges Üzemidő / Tervezett üzemidő) * 100%). Tervezett üzemidő: folyamatos (7x24, a hét minden napján, napi 24 órában). Üzenetküldés tekintetében Ajánlatkérő havi 1 300 000 db üzenet küldését tervezi, melyre az SMS szolgáltatás folyamatos biztosítása szükséges. Azonban vannak olyan kiemelt időszakok, amikor a rendszer által 1 óra alatt minimum 100 000 db SMS küldését kell biztosítani. Nyertes Ajánlattevő feladata a szerződés időbeli hatálya alatt felmerülő valamennyi, a jelen műszaki leírás tárgyába tartozó SMS-igény teljesítése.
