Description

Ajánlattevő feladata a Magyarország kiberbiztonságáról szóló 2024. évi LXIX. törvény alapján, továbbá a kiberbiztonsági audit lefolytatásának rendjéről és a kiberbiztonsági audit legmagasabb díjáról szóló 1/2025. (I. 31.) SZTFH rendelet szerint kiberbiztonsági audit teljes körű elvégzése az E.on Hungária cégcsoport egyes vállalataiban azonosított „magas”, "jelentős" és "alap" beosztású EIR-ek esetében, amelynek folyamán megtörténik az elektronikus információs rendszerek információbiztonsági felmérése és értékelése a vonatkozó jogszabályi előírások szerint. Ajánlattevő feladata a Magyarország kiberbiztonságáról szóló 2024. évi LXIX. törvény alapján, továbbá a kiberbiztonsági audit lefolytatásának rendjéről és a kiberbiztonsági audit legmagasabb díjáról szóló 1/2025. (I. 31.) SZTFH rendelet szerint kiberbiztonsági audit teljes körű elvégzése az E.on Hungária cégcsoport egyes vállalataiban azonosított EIR-ek esetében, amelynek folyamán megtörténik az elektronikus információs rendszerek információbiztonsági felmérése és értékelése a vonatkozó jogszabályi előírások szerint. A kiberbiztonsági auditra vonatkozó szabályokat a kiberbiztonsági tv. 21-22. §-a rögzíti. A 21. § az auditorra vonatkozik, míg a 22. § az auditor feladatait határozza meg. A kiberbiztonsági audit lefolytatásának rendjét az 1/2025. (I. 31.) SZTFH rendelet 1-2-3. §-a rögzíti
