Jelen beszerzés célja az Országos Onkológia Intézet Molekuláris Genetikai Osztálya és Molekuláris Patológiai Osztályok Molekuláris diagnosztikai feladatainak ellátásához készülék biztosítása bérleti szerződés keretében. A nyertes ajánlattevő feladata az Országos Onkológia Intézet részére évente 9.000 db + 30% mennyiségben minta feldolgozásához nagy teljesítményű, különböző beállítású és mérési módra alkalmas szekvenáló készülék biztosítása 24 hónapos időtartamra A minták feldolgozásának maximális időtartama 14 naptári nap a minta levételétől a lelet kiadásáig. Az ajánlattevő által megajánlott készüléknek a következő szekvenálási mérések végzésére kell alkalmasnak lennie: 1. Teljes genom szekvenálásra (WGS) 2. Teljes exom szekvenálásra (WES) 3. Folyadék biopsziás mintából történő komprehenzív genomikai profilozás (> 500 gén egyidejű vizsgálata) 4. Transzkriptom szekvenálásra (RNA-seq) 5. Egysejtes genomikai vizsgálatokra 6. Térbeli és multiomikai elemzésekre 7. Methylációs és epigenomikai vizsgálatokra 8. Proteomikai és multiomikai integrált analízisekre. Ellátandó feladatok: A megajánlott eszköz leszállítása, üzembe helyezése, validációs mérés megvalósítása és az ehhez szükséges reagensek biztosítása, próbaüzem (2 munkanap), betanítás (5 fő részére, 2 munkanap (6 óra/nap). A bérlet 24 hónapos időtartama alatt a nyertes ajánlattevőnek szervízszolgáltatást kell biztosítania, a szerződéstervezetben foglaltaknak megfelelően.
