Description

Ajánlatkérő Kb. 107. §. (7) bekezdés alapján felhívja a rendszerbe felvett minden gazdasági szereplőt, hogy nyújtsanak be ajánlatot „Hemodinamikai anyagok konszignációs raktár biztosításával-2025” megnevezéssel 12 hónapra vonatkozóan a közbeszerzési dokumentumokban foglaltak szerinti műszaki tartalomra elektronikus katalógus formájában több ajánlattevővel létrejövő keretmegállapodás keretében. A keretösszeg nettó 668 744 050 Ft.-. j Ajánlatkérő 12 hónapra vonatkozó különböző Hemodinamikai eszközöket kíván megvásárolni a Kbt. 104.§ (3) bekezdés alapján több ajánlattevővel megkötött keretmegállapodás alapján elektronikus katalógus formájában konszignációs raktár kihelyezésével. A Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja alapján, az esetenkénti megrendelés, a 104. § (3) bekezdés szerinti keretmegállapodásban meghatározott feltételek szerint, az ajánlatkérő által közvetlen megrendelés útján a 105. § (2) bekezdés a) pontja szerint kiválasztott ajánlattevőtől történik objektív szempontok alapján. Keretösszeg: Alapmennyiség 1 évre nettó 668 744 050 Ft.- ÁFA 180 560 893,5 Ft.- Bruttó összérték 1 évre 849 304 944 Ft.- Keretmegállapodásban résztvevők száma:50
