Description

Adásvételi szerződés keretében sugárvédelmi eszközök beszerzése a Semmelweis Egyetem Nemzeti Orvosi Innovációs Képző Központja (NOIKK) részére az alábbi mennyiségekben: - 2 db ólomköpeny mobilállvány 10 karral, - 20 db ólomköpeny körkörös védelemmel, - 20 db pajzsmirigyvédő, - 1 db sugárvédelmi mobil védőfal kis ablakkal, - 20 db sugárvédelmi szemüveg, - 3 db műtőasztalhoz sugárvédelmi takaró, - 2 db sugárvédelmi arcmaszk - fél arcra. A részletes feltételeket a Közbeszerzési Dokumentáció Műszaki leírása tartalmazza. A 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdés alapján, amennyiben az egyéb közbeszerzési dokumentumok (közbeszerzési műszaki leírás) meghatározott szabványra, gyártmányra, eredetű vagy típusú dologra, hivatkozik, úgy a megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, és a megnevezés mellett a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezést is érteni kell, mely alapján az Ajánlatkérő köteles elfogadni az egyenértékű vagy a dokumentációban rögzítetteknél jobb megoldást is. Ajánlattevő - amennyiben a hivatkozással érintett műszaki tartalom helyett egyenértékű eszközt, megoldást, stb. kíván megajánlani ajánlatában - ajánlatában köteles benyújtani az egyenértékűség alátámasztására szolgáló dokumentumokat.
