Description

Dinamikus beszerzési rendszer létrehozása, amelynek tárgya: az 5/2006. (II. 7.) EüM rendeletben meghatározott járművek beszerzése nettó 8.000.000.000 HUF keretösszeg erejéig 48 hónap időtartamban. A dinamikus beszerzési rendszerbe történő felvételre az ajánlatkérő a meghívásos eljárás részvételi szakaszának szabályait, a dinamikus beszerzési rendszerben a beszerzés megvalósítására a meghívásos eljárás ajánlattételi szakaszának szabályait alkalmazza. A dinamikus beszerzési rendszerhez annak teljes időtartama alatt bármely olyan gazdasági szereplő csatlakozhat, amely megfelel az ajánlatkérő által meghatározott alkalmassági feltételeknek. Jelen hirdetmény az alábbi eljárásokban kötött szerződésekre vonatkozik: OMSZ mentőjárművek 2024.2 - EKR001837582024 OMSZ mentőjárművek 2025-1 - EKR000165792025 OMSZ mentőjárművek 2025-2 - EKR000300072025 MSZ EN 1789 szabvány szerinti „C” típusú mentőgépjárművek beszerzése a Kbt. 105 § (1) bek. a) pont szerinti keretmegállapodás keretében 24 hónap időtartamban nettó 3 149 606 299 Ft keretösszegben. Eljárás azonosító: EKR001837582024; AK alapfeladatának napi elvégzése érdekében: 20+4 db MSZ EN 1789 szabvány «C» melléklete szerinti mentőgépjármű beszerzése adásvételi szerződés keretében. AK csak új állapotú, Magyarországon forgalomba helyezett gépkocsikra fogad el ajánlatot. Jelen eljárásban az a gépkocsi minősül új állapotúnak, amelynek semmilyen része nem javított, hiba és sérülésmentes, AT Magyarországon helyezte (helyeztette) forgalomba, sem Magyarországon, sem pedig külföldön nem volt bemutató autó, ill.próbajárműként sem használták. Eljárás azonosító: EKR000165792025; AK alapfeladatának napi elvégzése érdekében: 40+4 db MSZ EN 1789 szabvány «C» melléklete szerinti mentőgépjármű beszerzése adásvételi szerződés keretében. AK csak új állapotú, Magyarországon forgalomba helyezett gépkocsikra fogad el ajánlatot. Jelen eljárásban az a gépkocsi minősül új állapotúnak, amelynek semmilyen része nem javított, hiba és sérülésmentes, AT Magyarországon helyezte (helyeztette) forgalomba, sem Magyarországon, sem pedig külföldön nem volt bemutató autó, ill.próbajárműként sem használták.
