Description

Élelmiszer alapanyagok beszerzése 7 közbeszerzési részben a Kiskunlacházi Konyha, mint ajánlatkérő részére az egyes közbeszerzési részek eredményekénti kötendő keretmegállapodásokban foglaltak szerint 24 hónapos időtartamra, de legfeljebb a keretösszeg erejéig. Jelen közbeszerzési eljárás 5. közbeszerzési részének eredményeként a keretmegállapodást kötött ajánlattevők feladata tej és tejtermékek szállítása a Közbeszerzési dokumentumokban foglaltak szerint a keretmegállapodás hatálybalépésétől számított 24 hónapos időtartamban létrejött egyedi szerződések alapján a keretmegállapodás keretösszegének erejéig az alábbi főbb termékek tekintetében: - Tej - Joghurt - Dobozos sajt - Sajtkrém - Tejföl - Sajt - Félzsíros tömb túró - Vajkrém - Szeletelt sajt - Kefír - Főzőtejszín - Dobozos tej Ajánlatkérő rögzíti, hogy a Kbt. 3. § 18. pontja szerinti értelmező rendelkezéssel összhangban a keretmegállapodásban előirányozott teljes mennyiséget az opció nélkül nettó 54 000 000 Ft mértékű keretösszeg (a továbbiakban: keretösszeg) jelenti.
