Description

Egyes mélyépítési munkák elvégzése Budapest Főváros XII. kerület közigazgatási területén A részletes feladatokat a KD részét képező műszaki leírás és árazatlan költségvetés tartalmazza. A 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján a közbeszerzés tárgyának egyértelmű és közérthető meghatározása érdekében az AK a meghatározott gyártmányú, eredetű, típusú dologra, eljárásra, tevékenységre, személyre, illetőleg szabadalomra vagy védjegyre hivatkozhat. Minden ilyen esetben a megnevezés csak a tárgy jellegének egyértelmű meghatározása érdekében történt, ajánlatot az előírt, vagy az azzal egyenértékű termékre lehet tenni, AK az egyenértékűséget az általa a műszaki leírásban és /vagy részletes árajánlatban meghatározott paraméterek tekintetében vizsgálja. Mélyépítési munkák elvégzése, mely magában foglalja közutak, lépcsők, járdák, támfalak és forgalomtechnikai karbantartási munkáit is az alábbiakban tervezett felületeken és tervezett mennyiségben: - közutak, járdák, térburkolatok javítása, karbantartása, kátyúzása 160 km hosszban (melyből évente összesen 4.000 m2 nagyfelület aszfalt kátyúzás és 3 egymást követő hónapban legalább 450 darab, 30 m2 alatti területű aszfalt kátyúzás összesen 2.800 m2-en) amely magába foglalja a közterületi felületi csapadékvízelvezetési munkákat is - földutak stabilizálása 10 km hosszban - támfalak (min. 300 m2 felület), lépcsők (min. 500 m2 felület) javítása, karbantartása - forgalombiztonság javításával összefüggő munkálatok A részletes feladatleírást a Közbeszerzési Dokumentáció részét képező műszaki leírás és árazatlan költségvetés tartalmazza. A keretösszegre vonatkozóan a lehívási kötelezettséggel érintett -tervezett- összeg: nettó 600.000.000 Ft/év.
