Description

Adásvételi szerződés elektromos rásegítésű (pedelec rendszerű) kerékpárok beszerzése tekintetében az ajánlatkérési dokumentációban rögzített feltételek szerint. Elektromos rendszerű elektromos kerékpárnak tekinti Ajánlatkérő azt, amiknél a motor csak akkor ad elektromos rásegítést, ha a tekerő személy is pedálozik. Ajánlatkérő a szerződés keretében összesen 230 darab - amiből az alapmennyiség (fix mennyiség) 190 darab, az opciós mennyiség 40 darab - elektromos rásegítésű kerékpár szállítására tart igényt. Ajánlatkérő pedelec rendszerű elektromos rásegítésű kerékpárok beszerzése tekintetében közbeszerzési eljárást folytat le, melynek eredményeként adásvételi szerződés megkötése keretében 230 darab - amiből az alapmennyiség (fix mennyiség) 190 darab, az opciós mennyiség 40 darab - elektromos rásegítésű kerékpár szállítására tart igényt. A közbeszerzés tárgyára vonatkozó részletes követelményeket az ajánlatkérési dokumentáció részét képező szerződéstervezet és a műszaki leírás tartalmazza.
