Description

Vállalkozási szerződés keretében 1 darab Siemens 11MeV Cyclotron System berendezés gyártó által előírt megelőző karbantartása, meghibásodás esetén hibaelhárítása, teljes körű alkatrészellátással a Somogy Vármegyei Kapos Mór Oktató Kórház Dr. Baka József Diagnosztikai, Onkoradiológiai, Kutatási és Oktatási Központjában. Ajánlatkérő szerződéskötési feltételként előírja, hogy az ajánlattevőként szerződő fél legkésőbb a szerződés megkötésekor rendelkezzen: - érvényes ISO 9001:2015 vagy azzal egyenértékű szabványnak megfelelő minőségbiztosítási rendszer tanúsítványával vagy ezzel egyenértékű minőségbiztosítási intézkedéseikkel, illetve vizsgálati és kutatási eszközökkel, - Siemens 11MeV Cyclotron System (gyári száma: 1031) berendezésre vonatkozóan érvényes szervizjogosultsággal. A részletes műszaki leírást a közbeszerzési dokumentumok II. fejezete tartalmazza.
