Vállalkozási szerződés 12 hónapra a SZTE által jelenleg is alkalmazott Neptun egységes tanulmányi rendszer jogszabály- és verziókövetésére, támogatási feladataira, egyedi fejlesztési és moduligényeire. Az ajánlatkérő által az eljáráshoz rendelt belső azonosítószám: 55/Ny/2026/SZTE Ajánlatkérő - figyelemmel a Felhasználói Licencszerződésre - a Neptun Egységes Tanulmányi Rendszer supportjának keretébe tartozó alábbi 9 szolgáltatást kívánja megrendelni: - Rendszerkövetés, jogszabálykövetés - szoftverfrissítés - online helpdesk - hibakezelés - dokumentáció - e-learning támogatás - Neptun konferencia - ügyfélszolgálat - üzemeltetés-támogatás A szerződés keretében supportált 21 Neptun-modul, interfész és funkcionalitás felsorolása: 1.
