Vállalkozási szerződés 12 hónapra a SZTE által jelenleg is alkalmazott Neptun egységes tanulmányi rendszer jogszabály- és verziókövetésére, támogatási feladataira, egyedi fejlesztési és moduligényeire. Ajánlatkérő - figyelemmel a Felhasználói Licencszerződésre - a Neptun Egységes Tanulmányi Rendszer supportjának keretébe tartozó alábbi 9 szolgáltatást kívánja megrendelni: - Rendszerkövetés, jogszabálykövetés - szoftverfrissítés - online helpdesk - hibakezelés - dokumentáció - e-learning támogatás - Neptun konferencia - ügyfélszolgálat - üzemeltetés-támogatás A szerződés keretében supportált 24 Neptun-modul és funkcionalitás felsorolása: Neptun Tanügyi modul (alapfunkcionalitások) Elektronikus számla, elektronikusan archivált számla Papír alapú számla EOS gazdasági rendszer interfész Postai csekk modul Házi pénztár modul Külső számla rögzítése POS terminál modul Neptun bankkártyás fizetés modul (Simple) Fizetési kérelem Active Directory modul FIR Kollégium modul ERASMUS modul Windows Services Windows Services Extra UniPoll kérdőívkezelés modul Devizakezelés CooSpace interfész EVOP - Kooper modul Poszeidon rendszermodul Poszeidon kötegelt scannelés modul Poszeidon OCR karakterfelismerő modul FDL/SQL funkcionalitás Megrendelhető kiegészítő szolgáltatások: szakértői, tanácsadói tevékenység, helyszíni tanácsadás, oktatás, opcionális modulbevezetés, egyedi ajánlatkérői igények fejlesztése, kiegészítőszolgáltatások és kiegészítő tranzakciódíjas szolgáltatások.
