Description

A beszerzés tárgya az alábbi szolgáltatásokat foglalja magában: 1. A beszerzés célja, a NISZ Nemzeti Infokommunikációs Szolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (továbbiakban: Ajánlatkérő) FusionR BSS rendszeréhez üzemeltetés támogatás szakértői és szoftverkövetési szolgáltatás beszerzése szerződéskötéstől, licensz meghosszabbítás esetén, jogfolytonosan, 2026. december 31-ig terjedő időszakra vonatkozóan. 2. A beszerzés tárgya az alábbi szolgáltatásokat foglalja magában: a. Hot-Line Support (HLS) szolgáltatás b. Hibajavítás (szállítói garancia) c. 1000 mérnökóra (mely opcionálisan) lehívható üzemeltetés támogatáshoz kapcsolódó szakértői szolgáltatás. d. Karbantartási és szoftverkövetési szolgáltatás FusionR BSS licenc: 29500 db NAVGW/NAVINFO modul licenc: 1 db A FusionR BSS rendszer egy olyan vállalatirányítási és működéstámogatási rendszer, amely a NISZ Zrt. számlázási és egyéb elszámolási, működési folyamatait támogatja, ennek a rendszernek az adatbázis motorja az Oracle gyártó által fejlesztett OracleSQL adatbázis. A részletes előírásokat a műszaki leírás tartalmazza.
