Vállalkozási szerződés, mely során vállalkozó feladata az ACCS SCADA rendszerrel kapcsolatos hardver és szoftver karbantartási, javítási feladatok és mérnökszolgáltatások elvégzése. A rendszer szállítója: • 7/24-es rendelkezése állást biztosít a rendszer üzemeltetésére, folyamatosan felügyeli a rendszer állapotot, illetve a felmerülő, a SCADA rendszert érintő üzemzavari eseteket gyors beavatkozással elhárítja a folytonos üzem fenntartása érdekében. • Hibabejelentéseket fogad az Ajánlatkérő erre dedikált személyzetétől, amik alapján a rendszer hibák mielőbbi javításait tudja elvégezni. Vállalkozási szerződés keretében Vállalkozó feladata az ACCS SCADA rendszerrel kapcsolatos hardver és szoftver karbantartási, javítási feladatok és mérnökszolgáltatások elvégzése. Normál munkaidőben végzett tervezett szolgáltatások: Hardver elemek karbantartása Szoftver alkalmazások karbantartása Adatbázis karbantartás (alfanumerikus és képi adatbázis) Rendszer adminisztráció Rendszerhiba elemzés Mérnökszolgáltatás, tanácsadás 7/24 nap/óra rendelkezésre állással elvégzett szolgáltatások: Kritikus elemek üzemzavar elhárítása Azonnali elérhetőséggel, magyar nyelvű hot-line telefonos hibaelhárító és tanácsadó szolgáltatás. A munkanapokon feltett kérdésekre 6, munkaszüneti napokon feltett kérdésekre 24 órán belül érdemben válaszol.
