Description

Vállalkozási szerződés megkötése a nyertes Ajánlattevővel ,,MÁO színpadgépészeti éves karbantartás 2026" tárgyban. A közbeszerzés tárgya a Magyar Állami Operaház (1db) főszínpadi színpadgépészeti berendezéseinek és vezérlésének időszakos karbantartása. Ajánlatkérő igénye szerint, nyertes ajánlattevővel előzetesen írásban egyeztetett időpontban, a szerződés aláírásától számított 12 hónapig, évente 12 alkalommal, a közbeszerzési műszaki leírásban foglaltak szerint. A közbeszerzés tárgyát képezi továbbá az eseti javítások elvégzése és működési rendellenesség elhárítása. A keretszerződés időtartama 12 hónap vagy a nettó 85.000.000. forintos keretösszeg kimerüléséig tart. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70%-a erejéig vállal lehívási kötelezettséget.
