Description

Vállalkozási keretszerződés keretében talpfa és olajjal telített fahulladék átvétele, szállítása, kezelése. További részletek a II.2.4) pontban (BT-24 mező), valamint a közbeszerzési dokumentumok részét képező műszaki leírásban. Vállalkozási keretszerződés keretében talpfa és olajjal telített fahulladék átvétele, szállítása, kezelése összesen nettó 986.000.000 Ft keretösszeg erejéig. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 70%-ának lehívására vállal kötelezettséget. Nyertes ajánlattevő feladatát képezi a MÁV Pályaműködtetés Zrt. területi igazgatóságainál vasúti talpfa és egyéb olajjal telített fahulladékok elszállítás céljából történő összegyűjtése, elszállítása, (elő)kezelésre történő átadása a hulladékról szóló 2012. CLXXXV. törvény (a továbbiakban: Ht.) szerint. A teljesítése során nyertes ajánlattevő feladata: - a vonatkozó jogszabályoknak megfelelő tehergépjármű, szállító edényzet biztosítása, - a hulladék szállítójárműre történő fel- és lerakodása, mérlegelése, szállítása, mindezek előírásszerű dokumentálása, - a hulladék átvételét követő további előírásszerű kezelése, - a hulladék kezelésével kapcsolatban felmerülő minden egyéb feladat.
