A fentiek csupán a közbeszerzés tárgyának tájékoztató jellegű meghatározására szolgálnak, a pontos műszaki paramétereket és elvárásokat a kiadott Műszaki leírás (kiadott részletes ártáblázat) tartalmazza. Nyertes ajánlattevő feladata a beszerzés tárgyát képező Eszközök tulajdonjogának átruházása, az Eszközök teljesítési helyre történő leszállítása.
