Description

Teljes ellátás alapú földgáz adásvételi szerződés keretében gáz energia vásárlása Hajdúböszörmény Város Önkormányzata és az ajánlati felhívásban, illetve az Ajánlati dokumentációban felsorolt intézményei és gazdasági társaságai számára teljes ellátás alapú gáz energia kereskedelmi szerződések keretében. Mennyiség (szerződött földgázmennyiség valamennyi ajánlatkérő tekintetében) 2026. október 1-ig mindösszesen 383.585. m3. A szankciómentes tolerancia sáv 20%. A földgáz minőségi paramétereinek meg kell felelniük az MSZ1648:2016 szabvány 2H gázcsoportra vonatkozóan rögzített határértékeknek. Teljes ellátás alapú földgáz adásvételi szerződés keretében földgáz energia beszerzése a szerződés hatályba lépése és 2026.10.01. (06:00 CET) közötti időszakra vonatkozóan. Mennyiség (szerződött földgázmennyiség valamennyi ajánlatkérő tekintetében): a fenti időszakra mindösszesen 383.585. m3, a szankciómentes tolerancia sáv 20%. (A tolerancia sáv oka, hogy a szerződéses időszakban a fogyasztási helyek köre változhat, továbbá minden fogyasztási hely törekszik a korábbi fogyasztásának további csökkentésére, melynek következtében nem lehetséges előre pontosan meghatározni a jövőbeni fogyasztás várható mennyiségét.) Ajánlatkérő a tolerancia sávval nem mennyiségi eltérést rögzít, hanem biztosítja, hogy amennyiben a tényleges fogyasztás a szerződött földgázmennyiség képest mindkét irányban a 20%-os sávon belül marad, akkor nyertes ajánlattevő nem érvényesít ajánlatkérővel szemben semmiféle szankciót, pótdíjat. A földgáz minőségi paramétereinek meg kell felelniük az MSZ1648:2016 szabvány 2H gázcsoportra vonatkozóan rögzített határértékeknek.
