Budapest, IV. kerület, Baross u. 39-43. szám alatti „B” épület átalakításának tervezése. Részletesen a II.2.4) pontban. Tervezési feladat általános leírása: Tervezési hasznos alapterület: 2157 m2. A tervezés középtávú célja a Budapest IV. kerület, Baross utca 39-43. szám alatti telken található oktatási komplexum egészének funkcióváltó rehabilitációja, a meglévő iskolaépületek lakáscélú hasznosítása, azok teljes körű építészeti és energetikai megújításával. A fejlesztés - Budapest Főváros Önkormányzatának szociál- és lakáspolitikai célkitűzéseivel összhangban - a megfizethető bérlakáskínálat bővítését szolgálja. A nyertes ajánlattevő (a továbbiakban: Tervező) feladata egy meglévő, használaton kívüli iskolaépület [Budapest IV. kerület, Baross u. 39-43. sz. (Hrsz.: 73844) „B” épület] átalakításának generáltervezése lakhatásra alkalmas épületté, annak teljes körű építészeti és energetikai megújításával: a Fővárosi Önkormányzat tulajdonában lévő ingatlan külső falainak, 1., 2., 3., szintjének lakáscélú újrahasznosítására, felújítására, átalakítására, a mindezekhez szükséges döntés előkészítését szolgáló tervanyag készítése, koncepcióterv készítése, kiviteli tervdokumentáció készítése, valamint településképi bejelentési dokumentáció készítése és a településképi bejelentési eljárás lefolytatása. Általános leírása a tervezési feladatnak: A Fővárosi Önkormányzat tulajdonában lévő ingatlan, Budapest IV. kerület Baross utca 39-43., „B” jelű volt iskolaépületének lakáscélú újrahasznosítására, felújítására, átalakítására, a mindezekhez szükséges döntés előkészítését szolgáló tervanyag készítése: I. munkarész: Koncepcióterv elkészítése a) előkészítő munkarészek (Műszaki Leírás 3.1.1 pont) b) döntési javaslat (Műszaki Leírás 3.1.2 pont) II. munkarész: Tendereztetésre alkalmas komplett kivitelezési dokumentáció, árazott (tervezői becslés) és árazatlan költségvetéssel (Műszaki Leírás 3.2. pont) III. munkarész: Településképi bejelentési dokumentáció elkészítése és a településképi bejelentési eljárás lefolytatása (Műszaki Leírás 3.3. pont) IV. munkarész: Településképi bejelentési határozat megszerzése, és a kiviteli tervek esetlegesen szükséges javítása.
