Description

Debrecen Nemzetközi Repülőtér új terminálépület és környezete, valamint új futópálya és kapcsolódó burkolt felületek tervezése. A reptéri létesítmények jelenlegi befogadóképességének, valamint a terhelési adatainak ismeretében, és a lehetséges fejlődés következtében, a város a repülőtér területén belül, új gépállások, egy bővíthető utasforgalmi épület, egy földi kiszolgáló eszköz tároló, parkoló és egy havasbázis kialakítását tervezi, amellyel kapcsolatban korábban tervpályázat lebonyolítására került sor eredményesen. A tervpályázati eljárás alapján a tervezési feladat három fő részből tevődik össze: 1. Új futópálya és kapcsolódó burkolt felületek rendszere 2. Új terminálépület és környezete kialakítása 3. Kisgépes zóna Jelen beszerzés tárgya a Debrecen Nemzetközi Repülőtér BIM végrehajtási terv, BIM megvalósítási koncepció, az új terminálépület (bruttó alapterület várhatóan: 10.800 m2) és környezete felmérési, illetve magasépítési munkaközi engedélyezési tervének, valamint új futópálya és kapcsolódó burkolt felületek (összesen várhatóan 476.490 m2) engedélyezési és kiviteli terveinek elkészítése.
