Élelmiszer alapanyag beszerzése a Fővárosi Önkormányzat Pesti Úti Idősek Otthona részére adásvételi szerződés keretében: teapor, gyümölcs pürék. Beszerzendő mennyiségek (alapmennyiségek): Teapor, gyümölcs pürék: 30.115 db az alábbiaknak megfelelően: kávé, tea és kapcsolódó termékek: 1.600 db, 250 g/tasak; gyümölcspürék: 28.300 db, 100 g/db; vegyesgyümölcs lekvár: 215 db, 25 g/db. Azon termékek vonatkozásában, ahol ajánlatkérő konkrét gyártmányra/típusra hivatkozik, ott a 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján azzal egyenértékű termék megajánlása is elfogadott. Ebben az esetben az egyenértékűség bizonyítása ajánlattevő kötelezettsége. Az ajánlatkérő pótdíjmentesen jogosult az alapmennyiségen felül legfeljebb +30% mennyiségi eltérés gyakorlására a szerződéses árakon.
