Description

1 db a Nemzeti Szakértői és Kutató Központ Daktiloszkópiai Szakértői Intézetében üzemelő AFIS (Automated Fingerprint Identification System) Ujj- és Tenyérnyomat Azonosító Rendszer támogatása, karbantartása, fejlesztése. A karbantartási szolgáltatások keretében Ajánlattevőnek vállalnia kell a rendszer és az alkotóelemeinek rendszeres (napi/heti/havi/éves) mentésének elvégzésében Ajánlatkérő támogatását, a rendszer működési hibáinak behatárolását, a karbantartási körbe tartozó szoftverek hibáinak elhárítását, az AFIS szoftver rendellenes működése esetén az üzemszerű állapot visszaállítását a hiba prioritási szintjétől függő időtartam alatt. A Rendszert érintően felmerülő fejlesztési feladatok megvalósítására Ajánlattevőnek havi 4 munkaóra fejlesztési keretet kell biztosítania, melynek nagyobb fejlesztési munkálatok elvégzése érdekében, legfeljebb éves szinten összevonhatónak kell lennie. A Rendszert érintő szoftver környezet (operációs rendszer, virtualizációs réteg) támogatása körében tanácsadásra Vállalkozónak havi 8 munkaóra keretet kell biztosítania mely keret maximum 2 havi szinten összevonható kell legyen.
