Description

Szolgáltatás tárgya: szociális közétkeztetés biztosítása étel készítésével és kiszállításával, 12 + legfeljebb 12 hónapos határozott időtartamú szerződés keretében. Szolgáltatás tárgya: szociális közétkeztetés biztosítása étel készítésével és kiszállításával, 12 + további legfeljebb 12 hónapos határozott időtartamú szerződés keretében. A szolgáltatás területi hatálya: Budapest XIII. Kerület közigazgatási területe. Étkeztetés típusa Intézménybe szállítva: - egy intézménybe napi 3-szori étkezés (reggeli, ebéd, uzsonna); - 10 intézménybe napi egyszeri étkezés (ebéd); Lakásra szállítva: - napi 1-szeri étkezés (ebéd). Az ételt hideg állapotban („sokkolt” kezeléssel) kell szállítani. A csomagolást olyan technológiával kell elkészíteni, amely mikrohullámú sütőben melegíthető. Adagszámok Napi várható adagszám: kb. 760 adag, ebből - az intézményi adagszám: kb. 280 adag - a házhozszállítási adagszám: kb. 480 adag Az adagszámok a ténylegesen megrendeléseknél a létszámok változása miatt - 30 %-kal eltérhetnek. Lakásra történő szállítás címlista alapján: jelenleg 478 fő részére, melyből - munkanapokon étkezik kb. 90 %, melyből kb. 27 % diétás étkező (cukor, epe, stb.) - minden nap étkezik kb. 10 %. Korcsoport szerinti megoszlás: - 16-69 év: 40 % - 70 év felett: 60 % A kiszállítás adagszáma és összetétele - a jogosultak körének változása miatt - gyakran módosul. További feltételek és előírások a közbeszerzési dokumentumban szerepelnek.
