L'objectif de ce marché est de permettre à l'Agglomération de retenir un assistant à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour la sortie de 23 contrats de délégation des services publics d'alimentation en eau et/ou d'assainissement collectif et le lancement d'une concession de services publics eau potable et assainissement collectif sur 14 communes du territoire de la Provence Verte. La désignation des prestations est détaillée dans le Cahier des Clauses Particulières (C.C.P.). La mission sera composée d'une Tranche Ferme comprenant trois phases et d'une Tranche Optionnelle : Tranche Ferme Phase 1 : Bilan des 23 contrats arrivant à échéance en vue de leur liquidation et régularisation des dates d'échéance des contrats de DSP de Camps la Source et Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume Tranche Ferme Phase 2 : Présentation et analyse des modes de gestion envisageables en tenant compte de l'environnement communautaire et diagnostic REPV Tranche Ferme Phase 3 : Assistance pour la mise en place d'un nouveau mode de gestion externalisé pour 14 communes Tranche optionnelle 1 : AMO pour le suivi de la concession de service public pour les deux services d'eau potable et d'assainissement sur 12 mois
