La surface brute totale du bâtiment ESM est de +/- 20’000 m2, répartie sur R+6 étages et 1 sous-sol. La surface brute totale du bâtiment ADM (ETAT) est de +/- 23’500 m2, répartie sur un socle de R+5 étages, une tour de R+16 étages et d’un étage technique. Au centre du socle se trouve un atrium couvert. La surface brute totale du bâtiment LUX est de +/- 10’500 m2, répartie sur R+5 étages. Les bâtiments ADM et LUX disposent d’un sous-sol commun sur 2 niveaux. La durée des travaux est de 558 jours ouvrable, à commencer en début du 1er semestre 2027. Les travaux sont adjugés à prix unitaires.
