Description

Le Parlement européen lance régulièrement des procédures de passation de marchés publics en vue d’obtenir l’assistance juridique d’un cabinet d’avocats exerçant dans une juridiction spécifique et dans un domaine spécifique du droit. Ces procédures sont régies par les dispositions du règlement (UE, Euratom) 2024/2509 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 23 septembre 2024 relatif aux règles financières applicables au budget général de l’Union (ci-après: le «RF»). Afin d’identifier les cabinets d’avocats présents sur le marché susceptibles d’être intéressés à représenter le Parlement européen devant les juridictions françaises et à fournir une assistance juridique dans les affaires non contentieuses relevant du droit français, le Service juridique du Parlement européen lance un appel à manifestation d’intérêt conformément au point 13.1 b) de l’annexe I du RF.
