La valeur estimée hors TVA du marché est basée sur le chiffre d’affaires estimé du magasin de journaux sur la durée maximale de la concession (9 ans). Le local mis a disposition a une surface actuelle d’environ 45 m² et sera vraisemblablement agrandi jusqu'à 68m². Les documents de marché seront publiés avec l’avis de marché et incluront notamment les spécifications techniques, le plan du local, et le modèle de contrat de concession.
