Service de restauration scolaire Le présent appel d’offres concerne une concession de services de restauration collective pour le compte des Clients : - l’Ecole Européenne Luxembourg 2 ; - Le Centre polyvalent de l’enfance interinstitutionnel Bertrange/Mamer, géré par l’unité OIL.07 de l’Office Infrastructures et Logistique Luxembourg de la Commission européenne à Luxembourg. Le Prestataire sélectionné sera chargé d’assurer des missions de restauration collective sur le site des Clients et plus particulièrement : Pour EE2 : - Assurer les repas pour plus de 2800 élèves et 370 membres du personnel et quelques visiteurs occasionnels; - Tenir une cafétéria à la disposition des élèves du secondaire et des membres du personnel ; - Assurer des prestations ponctuelles telles que service de petit-déjeuner, service de repas améliorés, ou la fourniture de produits alimentaires… ; - Mettre en place et gérer des distributeurs automatiques de boissons et snacks dans l’ensemble dans l’école. Pour OIL : - Assurer les repas et les collations pour 750 enfants et les repas pour 70 personnes d’encadrement ; - Assurer des prestations ponctuelles.
