The City of Luxembourg is seeking a civil engineering consulting engineer for a negotiated contract following a call for candidates. The project concerns the renovation, transformation and energy refurbishment of a residential block of about 1,360 m2 in the protected area of the Gare district, comprising five houses probably dating from the 1940s. The houses will be converted into small housing units for people in need, with thermal envelope upgrading while preserving the architectural heritage. The exact number of units is still to be defined.
