Description

The University of Luxembourg is looking for a system integrator expert in digitalization of "travel and reimbursement" processes and for the implementation of a "SAP Concur Travel and Expense" digital solution. The objective of the Call for Tender is: (i) to collect all necessary functional and technical specifications for the implementation of the SAP Concur Travel & Expenses solution for the University; (ii) to implement "SAP Concur Travel and Expense" digital solution. The Framework Agreement that will be concluded with the selected economic operator, has a duration of two (2) years starting from the date it enters into force at the conclusion of the initial market, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year on notice from the University for a maximum of four (4) years. Collection of all necessary functional and technical specifications captured in a "Concur Travel and expenses Solution design blueprint" documentation which will be the backbone for the upcoming implementation (Lot 2) of the SAP Concur Travel & Expenses solution for the University. It should be noted that lot 1 constitute the initial market concluded together with the framework agreement market and that lot 2 corresponds to the subsequent market under the framework agreement.; Implementation of "SAP Concur Travel and Expense" digital solution and ensuring that the solution is implemented according to best practices, specifications gathered in Lot 1, thoroughly tested, and validated for deployment, minimizing any risk of issues in the University’s production environment of the solution. It should be noted that lot 1 constitute the initial market concluded together with the framework agreement market and that lot 2 corresponds to the subsequent market under the framework agreement.
