Obiectul achiziției îl constituie realizarea integrată a proiectării și execuției lucrărilor necesare pentru reabilitarea/modernizarea alimentării cu energie electrică a unității militare din mun. Cahul, incluzând documentația de proiect, coordonările, supravegherea de autor, lucrările de construcții-montaj, probele, punerea în funcțiune și întocmirea, predarea documentației „conform executat” (as built), inclusiv planul topografic de execuție, schemele electrice actualizate, traseele și cotele reale ale cablurilor, poziția subtraversărilor, intersecțiilor și elementelor instalației, precum și toate modificările intervenite pe parcursul execuției.
