Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di una sede operativa temporanea a servizio del progetto Rete Tram-Treno del Luganese, destinata alle attività della Direzione Lavori e della committenza RTTL SA. La soluzione è concepita per rispondere alle esigenze operative del cantiere e, sebbene limitata a un periodo di tempo predefinito, è tenuta a garantire livelli qualitativi e prestazionali comparabili a quelli di un edificio amministrativo permanente. L’intervento consiste nella fornitura e messa in opera di un complesso modulare prefabbricato a container, progettato per un utilizzo pluriennale e per un possibile adattamento nel tempo. L’organizzazione funzionale è definita in base alle diverse destinazioni d’uso e comprende gli uffici della Direzione Lavori, gli uffici di RTTL SA, gli spazi comuni e le aree dedicate alle riunioni e alle conferenze. Il progetto prevede circa 20 postazioni di lavoro, oltre a sale riunioni di varia dimensione, locali di servizio, spazi tecnici e una sala conferenze. La superficie complessiva prevista è di circa 900 m², dimensionata per garantire funzionalità operativa, qualità degli ambienti di lavoro e un’adeguata rappresentatività istituzionale nel contesto del progetto RTTL.
