Le présent accord cadre a pour objet la location avec entretien d'un parc de 5 véhicules, type SUV compact, équipés conformément aux missions de la Police Municipale de la Ville de Saint-Raphaël. Les propositions porteront sur la location simple sans option d'achat. La date de début du marché commence à courir à la date de sa notification. Sa durée se confond ensuite avec celle de l'exécution des prestations qui démarre, pour chaque véhicule, à compter de la décision d'admission, pour une durée de trois (3) ans. Les prestations sont réglées par un prix global forfaitaire (location, assurance et entretien). A compter de la deuxième année d'exécution, les prix initiaux du marché pourront être révisés annuellement. Aucune clause de garantie financière ne sera appliquée
